Privacy

Short version: this site collects very little, and sells none of it.

What gets collected:

• Google Analytics(the free version). It counts page views, clicks on phone numbers and directions, and rough city-level location, and it sets cookies to do it. Google receives that data too — that's the trade for the tool being free, and I'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise. I use it to see which counties need attention and which listings are actually sending shops phone calls. Their side of it is governed by Google's privacy policy. If you block analytics with a browser extension, everything on this site still works fine.
• Emails you send me — corrections, questions, claim requests. They stay in my inbox and get used to fix or verify listings.
• Claim submissions— name, email, and role, used only to verify you against your shop's existing records.

What doesn't happen:no ads on this site, no selling data, no mailing lists you didn't ask for. Business listing details (name, address, phone) come from public government records and stay public.
