If you run a meat processing business in the Midwest, your shop is probably already on this site. Listings come from public inspection records — the federal FSIS directory and your state's licensing lists — so being here doesn't mean someone signed you up. It means you hold a license.

Claiming your listing is free, and it stays free. Once you've claimed it, you can fix anything the government records got wrong, add the services you actually offer, put up a short bio, and point people to your website. Hunters and farmers check this site before they call — claimed listings answer their questions before the phone rings.

Verification protects you. Before a claim goes through, I confirm it against the phone number or email already on record for your shop — so nobody else can claim your listing or change your information.

Down the road there'll be an option for featured placement. That's later; claiming will always be free.
